Everything that makes a house comfortable

We started in heating and cooling in 1997 and grew into the rest of the system — because the reason a house is uncomfortable is usually not the part a homeowner suspects.

HVAC Installation, Repair & Maintenance

Heating and cooling is the work we have been doing since 1997, and it is still the core of the business. Whether your system quit in the middle of a July afternoon or you are weighing whether a twenty-year-old unit is worth another repair bill, you get a straight answer about what is wrong, what it costs, and what we would do if it were our own house.

Heating & Cooling details
  • Air conditioner and heat pump repair on every major brand
  • Furnace, heat pump and air handler replacement
  • Manual-J style load calculations so the new system is sized to the home, not guessed at
  • Spring and fall tune-ups that catch failures before the season turns
  • Thermostat upgrades, zoning and smart controls

Spray Foam Insulation

Most homes around Nashville do not have an equipment problem, they have an envelope problem. Spray foam does something batt insulation cannot: it seals the air leaks at the same time it insulates. That means the system you already own stops fighting the outdoors, and the rooms over the garage or under the roofline finally hold temperature.

Spray Foam Insulation details
  • Open cell foam for attics, roof decks and interior walls
  • Closed cell foam where moisture control and rigidity matter
  • Attic and knee-wall air sealing
  • Rim joist and band board sealing — a major winter heat loss point
  • New construction and retrofit work

Crawlspace Encapsulation & Dehumidification

A vented dirt crawlspace in this climate is a humidity pump. Damp air rises into the house, it makes the air conditioner work harder, and over time it goes after your floor joists and subfloor. Encapsulation seals the ground and the walls, then a dedicated dehumidifier holds the space dry year-round.

Crawlspace Encapsulation details
  • Heavy-duty reinforced vapor barrier on floor and walls
  • Sealed and insulated foundation vents
  • Rim joist insulation and air sealing
  • Dedicated crawlspace dehumidification, drained and monitored
  • Ductwork inspection and repair while we are under there

Black Steel Gas Line Installation

Gas work is the least forgiving thing in a house, so it is worth doing properly. We run and modify black steel gas piping for new appliances, conversions and additions — correctly sized for the total load, pressure-tested, and left ready for inspection.

Gas Lines details
  • New gas line runs for ranges, dryers and water heaters
  • Tankless water heater lines sized for the real demand
  • Outdoor kitchen, grill and fire pit stub-outs
  • Gas fireplace and log set connections
  • Standby generator supply lines

Duct Cleaning, Repair & Replacement

Leaky ducts in a hot attic or damp crawlspace can waste 20 to 30 percent of the air your system produces. You paid to condition that air. We find the leaks, seal them properly, repair crushed and disconnected runs, and rebuild systems that were never laid out right to begin with.

Ductwork details
  • Duct leakage inspection and sealing at joints and boots
  • Repair of crushed, disconnected and sagging runs
  • Full duct replacement and redesign for even airflow
  • Return air sizing — the most commonly undersized part of a system
  • Duct insulation for attic and crawlspace runs

Electrical Services

New equipment usually needs electrical work to go with it — a dedicated circuit, a new disconnect, sometimes panel capacity. Because we handle both, you are not scheduling two trades and hoping they agree with each other.

Electrical details
  • Dedicated circuits for HVAC, mini-splits and dehumidifiers
  • Service disconnects, whips and equipment wiring
  • Panel evaluation, breaker replacement and capacity upgrades
  • Thermostat and low-voltage control wiring
  • Attic and crawlspace lighting and receptacles
How it works

No mystery, no surprise invoice

You should know what is happening at every step, and what it costs before we start.

  1. 01

    Call or request an estimate

Tell us what the house is doing. We ask real questions up front so the tech arrives knowing what they are walking into.

  2. 02

We look at the whole system

Equipment, duct, insulation, crawlspace. Diagnosing one in isolation is how comfort problems survive multiple contractors.

  3. 03

    Clear options and pricing

What is wrong, what it takes to fix it, what it costs — and where a cheaper path would be the right call.

  4. 04

    Work done right, cleaned up

We do it to code, test it before we leave, and treat the house like family lives there. Because around here, that is usually the case.

Get started

Not sure which one you need?

That is normal — and it is exactly why we look at the whole system before quoting anything. Tell us what the house is doing and we will figure out where the problem actually is.

Project estimates are free. Diagnostic service calls carry a fee that we disclose before booking.
