Duct Cleaning, Repair & Replacement
Sealing, repairing and replacing the ductwork that quietly wastes a third of what you pay to heat and cool.
What you should know
Leaky ducts in a hot attic or damp crawlspace can waste 20 to 30 percent of the air your system produces. You paid to condition that air. We find the leaks, seal them properly, repair crushed and disconnected runs, and rebuild systems that were never laid out right to begin with.
Straight talk
We will tell you when you do not need the work. That has cost us a few big tickets over the years and earned us a lot of repeat customers — which is the trade we would make every time.
- Duct leakage inspection and sealing at joints and boots
- Repair of crushed, disconnected and sagging runs
- Full duct replacement and redesign for even airflow
- Return air sizing — the most commonly undersized part of a system
- Duct insulation for attic and crawlspace runs
- Duct cleaning, plus new supply and return registers
When it is time to call
If any of these sound like your house, it is worth a look before it becomes the expensive version of the problem.
Weak airflow at some registers
Usually a disconnected run, a crushed flex duct, or a return that cannot feed the blower.
Dust that comes back a day after cleaning
Unsealed return duct pulls attic and crawlspace air — dust included — straight into the house.
New system, same comfort problems
Almost always the duct. Replacing equipment without addressing distribution rarely fixes room-to-room complaints.

Common questions
Still not sure?
Call and describe what your house is doing. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we should come look at.
(615) 428-0109Is duct cleaning actually worth it?
It is worth it when there is a real reason — construction dust, a rodent problem, visible buildup, or a system that has never been touched. What helps far more in most homes is sealing and repairing the duct, and we will tell you honestly which one you need.
How do I know if my ducts leak?
Signs include rooms that never balance, a system that runs constantly, and dust that returns immediately. We inspect the accessible runs and check for the leakage points that matter most.
Can you fix ductwork without replacing all of it?
Usually. Most systems need targeted repair, sealing and a return-air correction, not a full tear-out. We quote the smallest fix that actually solves it.
